Our Team

TLA was founded by Elana Lev, LCSW, Lindsay Rickel, LCSW, and Laura Twersky, LCSW. As social workers, we understand that each client has their own unique set of biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to their struggles. Working as a team, we develop customized treatment plans which allow clients to benefit from more skills, viewpoints, and expertise. We are committed to providing you practical and effective skills while simultaneously creating a space for self-exploration, personal growth, and life enrichment.
