In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Therapy can be used to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, and to identify aspects of your life that you would like to change. Clients can pursue individual therapy alone or as a compliment to group therapy.
