Therapist Jessica Najarro

Jessica Najarro, AMFT

Jessica is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and interpersonal relationships. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, one where both therapist and client work together to foster healing, growth, and impactful change.

Jessica’s therapeutic style is rooted in a trauma-informed, culturally competent, and inclusive framework. She honors each client’s unique background and lived experience, and is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen and supported. Jessica takes a holistic approach to treatment, drawing on evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

With a blend of warmth, compassion, humor, and directness, Jessica offers a grounded and human-centered presence in the therapy room. She believes that meaningful transformation is possible when clients are met with empathy and honesty, and she is dedicated to walking alongside them as they build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Jessica holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and earned her Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Cruz.
